Importing Orders in Linnworks

First make sure that you have enabled Linnworks export, this is a one time operation.
1. Log in to StoreSecured and go to General-->Other Settings

Under the heading 3rd Party API Configuration
, select the checkbox labelled Enable Linnworks

Select Save Changes

To export the orders

1. Log in to StoreSecured and go to Orders-->Search

2. Search for the orders you want to export and choose the Export to LinnWorks button.

3. A file will be created.  Click on it and Save it to your local computer, in a path where you will be able to find it.

4. Log in to LinnWorks and select Orders.

Click on the “Settings” link in the left navigation.

Click on “Import Data” link under “Import & Export” menu

Click on “Add Schedule Import” if you want to schedule an import.

Select the file and define a schedule to import the file.
Click on “Import Now” button if you want to do an immediate import

Choose the file to import
