How does the rewards program work?
The rewards program will credit the shopper with a certain percentage of each sale, i.e. if you setup the rewards program at 1% and the customer orders $100 in merchandise they would have $1 in their rewards account. Your customer can view the rewards amount by viewing their account from my account link. You can view the rewards amount for your customers from Customers-->Search then choose rewards in the drop down menu. If a customer does not create an account, i.e. they checkout without registering they will not be able to use their rewards balance on future visits because they do not have an account for the rewards to be placed into.
